QA/QC Introduction

Our Quality Assurance Department plays an important role in the implementation of ISO9001 standards. Ten engineers specializing in quality control and testing, together with 80 quality inspectors form a solid foundation to guarantee a consistent high quality performance. All inspectors are licensed and allocated to every part of the production process. Data are collected from production lines and then analyzed by professional staff. Engineers use sophisticated statistical methods such as control chart, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to monitor qualities and consequently minimize defects.

This department operates a testing center which houses advanced testing tools and equipment. It is also research-oriented which can be seen through its internal research projects that aim to develop new testing tools and approaches. By executing strict code of conduct, emphasizing training and study, introducing new technologies and techniques, the department is making great effort to attain ultimate goal of quality control, zero defect.
